Project Coordinator

K.P.C. Power Electrical Ltd. (KPC Power) is looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR for our growing business.

KPC Power specializes in high-voltage power system maintenance, utility construction and substation retrofits. We manage all specialties internally to ensure professional execution and complete customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Populate backup billing spreadsheets, and complete billing spreadsheet for month end

• Collect and organize timesheets weekly; track tasks and hours for billing purposes then verify and organize for payroll

• Maintain Scheduled Work calendars with Supervisors and Project Managers; On-Call Calendar and updating call service of changes

• Complete Isolation Requests, including scheduling and submitting to the appropriate Control Authority and coordinate required crews

• Coordinate, schedule, and book isolations and submit ESA permits

• Various administrative tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

• High school diploma

• 3 - 5 years of project administration work experience or administrative work experience with a college diploma or equivalent training

• Demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work with little to no supervision
